- State changed from “new” to “resolved”
(from [94ee712cb48348cfe764d06a9181405bfb125a95]) Added License. Changed 'entering' callback to 'before'. Events now return a boolean value as to their success. Before callback will halt the transition if false. [#1 state:resolved]
